What we collect

The information you enter in the application form: name, email, age, city, company, social profile, the edition you apply for and your answers.

Why we use it

Only to evaluate your application, contact you about it and organise the edition you applied for. The legal basis is your consent and the steps needed before a possible booking.

Who processes it

Applications are collected through Formspree, which stores and forwards the form data to us.

How long we keep it

Up to [12 months] after the edition you applied for, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
